A year has passed since the devastating earthquake in Haiti, but its effects continue to impact Haitians living near Boston and beyond. A free training for the Somerville and Boston-area Haitian community will be offered this spring. Trainer Patty Contente of the Somerville Health Department will be joined by Josee Chrispin of the Somerville Haitian Coalition at the . Training is in English, with some Haitian Creole translation as needed. Register by March 19.
